Build a Birthday

Hi Everyone, 
    I cased today's sample from a really wonderful blog by Teneale Williams.  I really love her work and follow her blog often and when I saw her card, I just had to recreate it for myself.  It uses the Build a Birthday stamp set and instead of using the stamps for cake layers, it uses them as candles.  You do need to fussy cut them, but it wasn't too much work at all.
