Spooky Treat Bags

Hi Everyone,

     We had such a fun class last night, I have a really great group of women that come to laugh, have fun and craft!  This is the first project we made based off of a project they showed at Stampin' Up's Convention.  We made it themed for Halloween, but you can easily change it up for any holiday.
