Balloon Celebrations

Hi Everyone,
      I just love this card.  Can I say that about my own creations??  I don't know but I just did!  It combines 2 really great stamp sets from the Occasions catalog, Timeless Textures and Balloon Celebration.  Balloon Celebration comes with a matching punch for the balloons which is always a wonderful thing.  Even more wonderful it is available as a bundle for 15% off when you buy them together.
     I used Chocolate Chip and Blushing Bride together on this card.  To get the balloons a little softer, I stamped off one time first before I stamped the image.  The stamp set has a 2nd stamp that goes on over the first stamped image and that is full strength.  Hope you like it as much as I do!
