Ornament Card

Hi Everyone,

While I love all of the DSP in the Holiday Catalog sometimes I feel a little boxed in with the color choices and use the same colors over and over to match the DSP.  So why not make your own backgrounds using stamps?  Then you can mix and match any colors you would like together.

I just love Basic Black and Real Red together for Christmas cards.  I think they look so nice and crisp together.  I added just a bit of Whisper White so the card wasn't too dark and I just love how it came out.

Perfectly Plaid

Hi Everyone,

Christmas is just my favorite time of year and while its not really Christmas time yet I can't seem to stop making Christmas cards.  I usually go for the traditional colors of different shades of reds and greens but every once in a while I like to venture out and use some non traditional colors.

For today's card I paired up some silver and Seaside Spray with Whisper White.  I feel like the softness of the colors go really well together.  There is even some metallic in both ribbons that I added on for some detailing.  I just love how this card came together and hope you do as well.
